Buzz Rickson chinos in unworn condition. These have only been tried on around the house, never worn outside, and have been washed once but simply to rinse off some of the brand new sheen.
“The original spec chinos are Buzz Rickson's modern, slimmer take on the U.S. army officer trousers from WW2 - think of Steve McQueen in the great escape. the trousers are made in Japan from a sturdy cotton drill according to the exact military specifications from back then. The fabric is a bit stiff and shiny at the beginning, but it will get softer and softer with wear and from wash to wash, and also the shine will come off.”
