Agile Coach

As part of our Agile transformation, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master who is passionate and enthusiastic in helping teams adopting an agile mindset and sustainable practices. You are thoughtful, analytical, and strive to see the whole picture, while not being afraid of tackling difficult challenges. You are driven by creating self-organizing teams, where everyone works towards producing high quality work and completing the high priority tasks. You build frameworks to help teams inspect, adapt, measure, and improve on what matters most.

You are a strong communicator and even better listener. You have excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, good observation and retrospective skills and know how to solve difficult problems. You are structured and driven, with a clear mindset on delivering consistent and predictable value.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of experience with Agile and cross-functional teams in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role

• At least one of the following certifications:

  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)

  • Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III

  • ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC) (or higher)

• Demonstrable experience in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and driving quantifiable improvements to value delivery

• Familiarity with software and/or hardware development processes

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide teams and stakeholders in Agile frameworks and Implementation

• Collaborate with teams to efficiently leverage Agile tools and ways of working

• Resolve conflicts and help remove obstacles through servant leadership

• Define, implement, and improve upon metrics that help us deliver better value, sooner and with happier people

• Build a productive team environment of ownership, accountability, and consistent, predictable delivery of value
