ABB Electrification in Skien develops, manufactures and promotes medium-voltage switches and breakers to the global markets. We do experience solid stable growth with significant further ambitions and are therefore looking for Area Sales Managers that can extend and enhance our international presence. With us, you will be part of our sales and marketing department in Skien. You will work closely with ABB's local sales offices around the world, helping to deliver technical and commercial solutions that make a difference.

Your main responsibilities:
Promote our products and systems to international customers.
Train, guide and support representatives from local ABB offices
Develop sales strategies and plans for targeted countries and regions
Creating value for customers through technical competence and commercial advisories
Translate customer needs into viable offers
We are looking for you who:
Have a technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way
Is a natural relationship builder with the ability to create trust and collaboration
Have a higher education in engineering, electrical engineering, economics or marketing
Have experience from sales or customer support – international experience is a plus!
Analytical and result-oriented
Have a good command of Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
Are comfortable with some travel
