About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Coordinator to join Intelliserv Norway AS. In this role, you will support general business operations by providing administrative assistance, coordinating daily office activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. This position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
About the Company
Intelliserv Norway AS is part of NOV’s Energy Products and Services segment and plays an important role in supporting drilling operations across the region. The company specialises in wired drilling system services and provides technical support for Intelliserv™ products used in the Oil and Natural Gas industries.
Intelliserv Norway delivers sales, repair, and rental services for Intelliserv™ equipment, supporting both internal NOV business units and external customers. By combining advanced downhole technology with local operational expertise, the organisation helps customers improve drilling performance, enhance data quality, and support safer, more efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily business operations in close collaboration with Operations Managers.
Maintain company policy and procedure records, including coordination and tracking of HSE training with Corporate HSE.
Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, including assistance with Accounts Payable tasks.
Assist with data collection, data entry, reporting, and database maintenance.
Manage incoming communications, mail distribution, and general correspondence.
Coordinate with the IT department regarding office equipment and related needs.
Perform general clerical duties, including filing and phone handling.
Provide front-office support to visitors and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Order, monitor, and manage office supply inventory.
Support the planning and execution of company events.
Contribute to and comply with HSE and Quality Management System objectives.
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and standard computer applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
Desired Qualifications
Experience with MRP or ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
Background in office administration or business administration.
