To strengthen our product and engineering capability, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a strong interest in product development, design quality, and lifecycle thinking.
In this role, you will work close to the core of our technology and be responsible for mechanical design across the product lifecycle - from concept and development to production support and documentation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure robust, industrialized solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Mechanical design and 3D modelling of products and modules.
Development and maintenance of production drawings and technical documentation.
Design for manufacturability and collaboration with suppliers and production.
Product improvements, standardization, and lifecycle optimization.
Engineering support across multiple projects and products.
Contribution to engineering methods, tools, and internal best practices.
Your background:
Technical education in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or similar.
Solid experience with 3D CAD tools.
Understanding of mechanical design principles and industrial products.
Experience with strength calculations and technical assessments is an advantage.
Strong digital skills and structured working methods.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Your profile:
