Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Functional Specialist who is excited to elevate how our commercial and sales teams operate. In this role you’ll actively shape the way we use Salesforce to drive efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate user needs into purposeful system enhancements, and play a key role in executing our Salesforce roadmap for the future.

Key Areas / Main Activities
Discover and Translate User Needs
Engage with users to understand challenges, needs, and new ideas
Translate insights into clear, actionable functional requirements
Work hand in hand with the CRM Manager to refine and prioritize improvements
Drive the Salesforce Roadmap
Support the design and execution of our Salesforce enhancement roadmap
Help deliver solutions that streamline processes and improve the overall user experience
Strong awareness of Salesforce solution options and ability to balance configuration versus development approaches
Ensure that updates are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with long-term value in mind
Provide Exceptional User Support
Serve as a trusted go-to resource for Salesforce questions and support
Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
Identify opportunities to boost efficiency and elevate the quality of sales execution
Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
Salesforce certifications (Admin, PO, BA, or SA) are a strong advantage
Work Experience
1–3 years of Salesforce experience in a Product Owner, CRM Manager, or Business Analyst capacity
Proven experience managing and delivering end-to-end CRM improvements
Experience in sales, logistics, shipping, or transportation industries is a plus
Leadership & Collaboration
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Key Skills
Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements
Strong understanding of lead-to-booking processes
Solid foundation in data models, automation, and CRM governance
A “get things done” mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
