We are now looking for an Electronics Test Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is highly practical and hands-on, focused entirely on Test Development and Test Prototyping: you will work in the lab, developing routines and performing testing of electronics, preparing and assembling test jigs, working with PCBs, setting up cable harnesses, configuring test setups, and building prototypes. If you enjoy working practically with hardware and contributing directly to high-quality testing processes, this position offers a good fit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop, execute, and maintain test procedures for electronic assemblies used in our hardware products.

• Perform validation, functional testing, and troubleshooting of PCBs and electronic components. Read designs and schematics, PCB layout.

• Rework and modifications on PCBAs during bring-up and testing phases

• Analyse test data, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements in test processes.

• Support with deviations or issues in production lines related to Electronics.

• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation while validating and enhancing testing standards

• Support end of line test equipment at EMS (Electronics Manufacture Supplier)

Job Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience within the Test Electronics field

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

• Solid hands-on experience with PCB testing, measurement equipment, and debugging electronic circuits.

• Experience with test automation, scripting, or tools such as LabVIEW or Python is considered an advantage.

• Practical proficiency with essential electronics tools, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, signal generators, and standard hand tools.
