About the Company:
Øglænd System designs and delivers multi-discipline modular bolted solutions for Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, and piping disciplines within the Energy sector. About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our presence in the Offshore business. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic customers, with a main focus on Engineering Houses and Design Offices, ensuring Øglænd and Hilti solutions are specified early in projects. You will develop tailored account strategies and lead their execution to increase adoption of our solutions, working closely with local and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and grow accounts in the Energy sector through:
o Account standardization and project specification
o Direct and indirect sales development
o Multi-level relationship management
o Work with Engineering Houses and Design Offices to secure early specification of Hilti / Øglænd System solutions in projects.
o Provide market intelligence and insights to support business decisions.
o Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
Performance Indicators:
· Achieve standards and specifications on assigned accounts during acquisition.
· Drive account strategies to increase partnership levels and solution adoption.
· Support project capture teams and contribute to winning key projects.
· Deliver on Net Sales Plan targets.

· Experience with design solutions and ability to articulate high-level system selling value propositions.

· Customer-centric approach: Understand stakeholder pain points and adapt strategies accordingly.
· Self-driven and autonomous: Capable of creating your own plans and tasks to achieve targets.
