Trying to find a home for Furia!

Hello,
This is Furia, 3-legged, almost blind of 1 eye black cat.
My ex and me adopted her and her sister back in 2022, the year after, Furia managed to slip and fall out of our 2nd floor window apartment, and somehow landed the worst way possible and broke her front right leg in a really bad manner, bad enough that the surgeon told me there were 2 options, putting her to sleep or trying to save her by amputating the leg completely, and so I chose the latter. She eventually got better and now she moves freely, jumps and still does cat things.
She is super slow, silly and clumsy but at the same time she is really calm and lovely, likes to cuddle and get scratches like no other cat does.
The reason for this post is that I want to find her a better life, I´m too busy outside of the house between work and chores and it makes me sad that this cat spends all that time alone, on top of that, being a first time cat-dad, this one is not for beginners and its very frustrating for me, I will be honest and say that I haven´t been enjoying time with her the past few months and I know is not fair for her, she deserves way better than what I do for her.
The negative side of this cat, as you can see, her left eye looks a little bit worrying, however, doctors have told me that since she got that from birth it should be alright, and it´s been ok for all this time.
The 3 legs of course, it makes it so that she no longer wants to use her litter box for pooping, only for peeing, which results in poops all around the litter box everytime I come home. There might be a way to get her to poop in a litter box, but I can´t figure it out.
She is very weird with foods, meaning, she will poop liquid if the food does not "fit" her, even though she likes almost everything, and its super hungry all the time.
Last year she developed ear mites, which I got treatment for from the doctor, and it fixed the issue but she made and still generates excessive earwax, which is causing "bad odour" to emanate from her ears, and I know that it´s very itchy for her, she is usually shaking her head to try and get it out. I´m afraid of damaging her ears so I do not really clean too deep just to prevent any further issues, I have not figured this one out either.
She got spayed and vaccinated as soon as it was possible back when we adopted her.
