The Lattice Crimp & Pinch Block is the portable tool for the Lattice Training regime no matter if you are looking to improve your climbing strength at home or the warm-up at the crag.
The Crimp & Pinch Block features a wide range of grips with four edges on each side for climbers wanting to train with a variety of grips. The large 40mm rounded jug, 20mm Lattice Edge, 25mm positive edge and a 95mm pinch and hard sloper which have been designed for both warm-ups and cool-down routines.
Smoothly finished with optimal texture for finger strength training the Crimp & Pinch Block allows you to develop strength at home to ascend your project.
