Infraspace is a Norwegian tech company that has developed a unique, award-winning software platform for streamlined planning of roads, railways, and other civil infrastructure.
We are now at an incredibly exciting point in our journey — our product is validated by several of the top engineering companies in Norway, and we’re receiving interest from across the world.
We’re now looking for our first purely commercial team member to join us in the rollout of our technology. We’re seeking someone with a commercial mindset, driven by growth. Someone who enjoy working both strategically and hands-on — shaping the bigger picture while executing day to day.
We’re ready to bring our technology to a wider market — and this role will play a central part in that growth.
About the Role
As our Sales Lead, you’ll take ownership of sales and growth — from outreach and demos to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and product team, helping shape our go-to-market strategy and commercial success, and executing the commercial strategy with hands-on sales.
What You’ll Do
Run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to demo, proposal, and close
Follow up with customers and turn interest into long-term partnerships
Identify new opportunities in Norway and internationally
Collaborate with the product team to ensure great onboarding experiences
Help define our sales playbook and build scalable processes
Represent Infraspace at industry events and with key partners
Who We Think You Are
Experience in B2B sales or business development
Curious, structured, and great at building trust and relationships
Self-driven and proactive — you make things happen
Comfortable with technical topics and complex sales, and understands the industry (SaaS, tech, engineering)
Internationally experienced and confident in new settings
Qualifications
Strong sales acumen, with experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver product demonstrations and negotiate effectively
Understanding of market analysis, forecasting, and growth strategy to identify new business opportunities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of civil infrastructure, AEC industry or related fields is highly advantageous — but not a requirement
Fluency in English; additional language skills considered a plus
