HR Business Partner - Interim (Mosjøen)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for an interim assignment. This is an exciting opportunity in a company with great potential, where the HR function is transitioning from a traditional personnel department to a more strategic level.

About the Position

• Role: HR Business Partner
• Duration: 3 months, until a permanent hire is in place
• Start date: January 2026
• Location: Mosjøen
• Workload: 100 %

Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and operational support for leaders in the organization. You will work closely with managers and contribute to the development of the HR function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership support and coaching
• Follow-up on sick leave and related conversations
• Workforce planning - current and future needs
• Development initiatives and career opportunities
• Follow-up on employee engagement surveys
• Contribute to HR strategy and implementation of HR processes
• HR analysis and reporting

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as an HRBP or in a similar role
• Enjoys working with both strategic and operational HR tasks
• Is confident in leadership dialogue and able to build trust
• Has a solid understanding of change management and cultural development
• Preferably lives in Mosjøen or is flexible to be physically present
