Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing technical solutions in production and leading improvement projects

• Participating in concept development and industrialization projects

• Contributing hands-on support in various factory projects

• Project management

Desired qualifications and experience:

• BSc or MSc in mechanical design or equivalent 

• Strong knowledge of construction, design, and mechanics

• Broad technical foundation and curiosity for new solutions and technologies

• Experience with SolidWorks, industrial design, MS365, and product development is a significant advantage

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian and English

• Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented

• Structured and systematic work style

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate technical challenges and solutions at different levels of the organization
