FLO is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Brewer

As a brewer at FLO, you'll be involved in the production of a wide variety of beverages. We produce everything from water, sparkling water, energy drinks, and functional beverages, to tonics, as well as alcoholic beverages like RTDs and spritzers. (Note that we do not produce beer at FLO.)

This is a hands-on role that requires strong multitasking skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills (both written and verbal), combined with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, are essential for success in this position.

Over the past year, we have more than doubled our production volume. With long-term customer agreements in place, we foresee continued strong growth. From 2026, we will further expand both our production capacity and our team.

FLO is located in spacious, modern facilities in Sollihøgda. Who are you?

As a brewer at FLO, your key responsibilities will include:

• Producing beverages precisely according to recipes and processes

• Performing CIP (cleaning in place) on tanks, hoses, pumps, brewhouse, etc following SOPs

• Conducting quality control tests (e.g., using Anton Paar Alcolyzer, pH meters, DO meters, CO₂ measurements)

• Carbonating beverages

• Kegging products

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by working by our principle Clean as You go

• Suggesting improvements to processes or systems

• Following all safety protocols

• Entering data in production management software

• Becoming independent in all tasks after a reasonable training period

• Occasionally assisting the packaging team when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of professional brewing experience; brewing education is a plus

• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 kg, and regularly sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and climb
