Taiwan High Mountain Oolong Tieguanyin black tea : Mellow Elegance from the Clouds
Originating from Taiwan's mist-shrouded tea mountains over 1,000 meters above sea level, this tea thrives in an environment of year-round cloud cover and drastic temperature differences, allowing tea trees to slowly accumulate nutrients. Crafted with traditional Oolong techniques and meticulous craftsmanship, it embodies both the vitality of nature and the beauty of artisanal processing.
The dry tea appears as tight hemispheres, deep red . When brewed, the liquor is clear and translucent, leaving a lingering fragrance on the cup. Aroma is its soul—elegant orchid notes interweave with warm honey and milk sweetness, combining the ethereal freshness of spring orchids with the pure sweetness of natural honey and milk. Unassuming yet long-lasting, it lingers on the nose, and the distinctive "Tieguanyin Charm" becomes more pronounced in the cooled cup. Its flavor remains rich even after 7-9 infusions.
3 Easy Brewing Tips for Ultimate Flavor:
① Prep utensils: Use a gaiwan or purple clay teapot, preheated with boiling water;
② Tea ratio & water temp: Add 5g dry tea and pour in 100℃ boiling water;
③ Decant promptly: Steep the first brew for 30 seconds and pour quickly; extend each subsequent brew by 3-5 seconds (avoid over-steeping to preserve the delicate aroma).
