Digital Identity Specialist/Developer

We are looking for a Digital Identity Specialist/Developer who is passionate about cloud technology, security, and enterprise development – and who has experience with or a strong interest in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

About Us

The Nordic Identity Team develops and operates the Nordic Identity Platform – a modern, shared solution for authentication and digital document signing across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. We work with technologies such as .NET Core, REST APIs, and Curity Identity Server, and integrate with eID providers like MitID, BankID, and FTN. Our solutions run on Azure and AKS, and we prioritize high security, quality, and operational stability.

You will become part of an ambitious and experienced team based in Denmark and Poland – and we look forward to welcoming a new colleague from any Nordic country. We work remotely with a strong professional community, collaboration, and mutual support. As we are part of a regulated industry, you will encounter a certain degree of bureaucracy – which is why we are looking for someone who can navigate this and still deliver high-quality results.

Your Tasks

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services in .NET Core
• Integrating with national identity providers (MitID, BankID, FTN, etc.)
• Contributing to cloud architecture, code reviews, DevOps, and CI/CD processes
• Working with secure authentication and digital signing via Curity IDP
• Supporting internal development teams that use our identity services

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

• Have solid experience with .NET Core and C#
• Have worked with enterprise development, preferably in regulated environments (e.g., banking or insurance)
• Are familiar with CI/CD, automated testing, and security tools (SAST/DAST)
• Work in an agile way and thrive in teams where quality and collaboration are key
• Are fluent in English – and ideally in a Nordic language or Spanish

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or similar identity standards
• Experience with Curity or other identity providers
• Knowledge of digital certificates, encryption, and signing
• Experience with Java
• Some frontend experience (even if it’s not our main focus)
