Account Receivable Specialist Wanted for Growing Scale-Up

On behalf of an attractive company in the design and innovation industry, with office in the center of Oslo, we are looking for an Account Receivable Specialist who can start as soon as possible. The position is a assignment lasting through 2026.
The Account Receivable Specialist will be part of a large dedicated department which is committed to investing in the training and development of its employees' professional and personal set of skills.

We are looking a candidate who have accounting experience from similar tasks and want to grow within this field.

What are your tasks?

• Record and reconcile all revenue transactions.
• Create and send manual B2B invoices.
• Process credit card and prepayment revenues.
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for assigned customers.
• Perform cash collection and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and customer ledgers.
• Support month-end close and prepare AR reports.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service to improve processes and resolve client issues

Who are you?

• Graduated in accounting and with relevant work experience ·
• Passionate about accounting ·
• A good communicator - in English and/or Norwegian ·
• Good with Excel and IT in general ·

• A person with integrity that can be trusted.
