Personnel Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Personnel Coordinator to join NOV WellSite Services in Stavanger. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all personnel-related logistics and documentation to ensure that project staffing, compliance, and workforce readiness meet operational and client requirements. This position is central to supporting our offshore and onshore operations, contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.

Wellsite Services is a department within NOV's Energy Products and Services segment, providing equipment and services including BRANDT™ solids control equipment, CRI equipment/services, iNOVaTHERM™ thermal treatment of drill cuttings, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of all offshore personnel.

• Ensure that the maximum utilizations are achieved with offshore personnel

• Arranging travel for all offshore engineers

• Maintain operations database and training matrix daily

• Arranging and maintaining records of certification, medical and HSE training.

• Ensure rig specific inductions are completed prior to travel

• Collect and review timesheets submitted by offshore personnel

• Raise POs for personnel related costs

Essential Qualifications:

• Knowledge of offshore certification standards and workforce logistics.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 package.

• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience with personnel coordination within the oil and gas sector.

• Experience with logging transactions in an ERP system (JD Edwards or similar).

• Familiarity with offshore labor laws and union agreements

• Apprenticeship within Business Administration.
