Customer Advisory Supporter at Danske Finans

Danske Finans is responsible for leasing financing within the Danske Bank Group. We work with investment-intensive industries and aim to continue our strong growth in the future. You will be part of a highly skilled team consisting of 8 employees in an organization with a total of 23 dedicated colleagues who are passionate about driving organizational success. Your workplace will be at Danske Bank’s offices at Aker Brygge in Oslo.

What will you do?

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with professional corporate clients across various industries. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth processes and high-quality customer experiences. Your tasks will include:

• Establishing leasing agreements for new transactions by registering agreements in the system and preparing necessary documentation.

• Managing procurement processes, maintaining contact with customers and suppliers, and ensuring proper handling of payments and documents.

• Overseeing the existing leasing portfolio and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.

• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and efficient processes.

   

Who are you?

• Has higher education, preferably within economics, and relevant experience in customer service or similar roles.

In this position, it is a requirement that you are proficient in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
