What You Will Be Doing: 

• Perform field service, installation, commissioning and warranty scope on delivered systems. 

• Both within hardware and software discipline. 

• Inhouse project work and remote operational support to clients.  

• Internal (IAT) and external testing with client or at site (FAT/SAT) of new and reconfigured hardware and software systems. 

• Witnessing and follow up of calibrations of meters. 

• Complete and follow up field documentation after each service job.

• Perform 24/7 support by phone, email, and Teams etc. 

• Create documents and procedures as applicable and relevant. 

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that matter most for this role: 

• Strong technical skills in engineering  

• Minimum 3+ years' relevant experience  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, eager to contribute into a common goal and willingness to share knowledge and ideas. 

• Must be self-directed with the ability to thrive in a team environment and also have the skills, self-discipline, and initiative to work independently. 

• Must be flexible to the demands of the organization for rapidly changing priorities, workloads, project assignments, and urgent deadlines from time-to-time. 

• Work well in cross-functional teams in-house, and at the same time be comfortable travelling and meet our customers as our representative on site. 

• Cultural awareness and respect. 

Required Qualifications:

• Meet the health requirements for offshore work and be able to obtain VISA`s for travelling internationally. 

• Excellent communication skills oral and written, both Norwegian and English.

• You must be able to legally work and reside in Norway, without sponsorship.

Work Environment: 

Combination of office and travel. Travelling on- and offshore worldwide, sometimes on short notice, without any rotational schedule is a requirement in this position.
