Searching for an AI Senior Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Senior Architect to join our team in Oslo. This is an onsite role where you will work closely with our client to design, implement, and optimize AI infrastructure solutions. If you have deep expertise in NVIDIA AI Infrastructure Stack and a passion for cutting-edge technologies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication and ensure smooth collaboration.

• Assess current AI infrastructure requirements and plan for future growth.

• Configure and manage PFS/NFS systems.

• Install and configure libraries and compilers.

• Deploy and manage monitoring and observability tools for AI clusters.

• Handle network management and troubleshoot InfiniBand, ROCE switches, UFM, NETQ tools.

Must-have skills:

• Operating systems: Linux (RHEL, CentOS, SUSE)

• Programming languages: C, C++, Bash, Python

• Schedulers & Resource Management: PBS, SLURM, Grid Engine, LSF

• Cluster management: xCAT, Bright Cluster Manager, War Wolf

• Monitoring tools: Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, Ganglia

• Compilers & Libraries: GNU, Intel, OpenMPI, CUDA, MPI

• Networking: InfiniBand/ROCE/UFM/Ethernet/DPU

• Parallel File Systems: GPFS, Lustre, Weka, BeeGFS

• Benchmarking tools: IOR, Lim pack

• Expertise in NVIDIA GPU Management and CUDA toolkit.

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise.

• Strong skills in configuration and troubleshooting PFS like Lustre/GPFS.

• Advanced Linux OS debugging.

• Scripting and automation (Bash, Perl, Python).

IMPORTANT! Norwegian citizenship with a minimum of 10 years of continuous residency in Norway is an absolute requirement for this role since security clearance will be mandatory.

Good-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of parallel programming (OpenMPI, MPI).

• Experience with GPU orchestration (MIG Instance creation).

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCP).

• Cloud bursting techniques.

• Ability to prepare and present technical documentation.
