Job Description
At Faerch, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Area Sales Manager to drive our commercial activities and growth in Norway, while supporting our mission to advance circular solutions in food packaging.
In this role, you will play an important part in Faerch’s journey toward full circularity. You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the retail and food sectors, positioning Faerch as a trusted partner and advisor in sustainable packaging..
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive Faerch’s circularity agenda with clear, compelling messaging.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Norwegian market.
Build and grow long-term partnerships with key retailers and food producers.
Serve as a trusted adviser, delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and track performance.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a commercially driven professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for sustainability. You thrive on building strong partnerships and turning customer needs into impactful, value-based solutions:
Strategic sales mindset with proven success in packaging, FMCG, or sustainability sectors
Strong stakeholder management across operational and strategic levels
Passion for sustainability and a solid grasp of circular economy principles
Excellent communicator and negotiator with a consultative approach
Fluent in Norwegian and English
How will you succeed?
In the short term, you’ll establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver solutions that create clear value in the Norwegian market. Over time, your strategic approach and dedication to sustainability will strengthen Faerch’s position as a trusted partner for circular packaging, influencing industry standards and driving long-term growth.
Meet Sales Nordics
You will join Sales Nordic, a dedicated team of six Area Sales Managers and a strong Customer Service setup, working together to deliver outstanding service and customer experiences across the Nordic region. In your daily work, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Holstebro and Hämeenlinna, including our internal sales function and experienced ASM peers. Our culture is built on trust, open dialogue, and collaboration, and we value a strong sense of community, extensive knowledge sharing, and teamwork that enable us to create the best solutions for our customers.
