Project Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and secure interface between Engineering & Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, MC/Commissioning and Job-setting
• Establish and maintain engineering activities and procurement schedule
• Develop cost estimates and scope of work for projects to obtain approval by client for project execution
• Responsible for preparing and follow-up of plans, change management, weight, cost and interface with equipment vendors
• Ensure compliance with the agreed Project Execution Model (PEM)
• Gives input to the risk register and contribute to risk management in the project
• Contribute to engineering KPI results both internally and in project
• Comply with the company's HSE guidelines and QA objectives
• Contribute with technical solutions to reduce CO2 footprints and how to utilize standards solutions
• Ensure that discipline deliverables are in compliance with work processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Higher technical education at Bachelor or Masters Level
• Experience as Project Lead from maintenance and modification projects in Oil and Gas industry
• Experienced in solving multi-discipline problems
• Good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• The candidate shall be familiar with execution of simplified modifications on the NCS and have a commercial mindset.
• Experience with Proarc and IFS will be an advantage.
