Used 1-owner Louis Vuitton Dopp Kit Toilet Pouch (N40127) for sale with receipt. It has a small perfume residue mark on the inner part of the lid, and some minor scratches, all visible on the uploaded images.
I purchased it at the Louis Vuitton store in Oslo in 2023 and discovered a manufacturing defect 3 months ago (on the material above the magnet), which LV has considered as "normal wear and tear". I bought a new toilet pouch (11 100 kr) on the day their decision was conveyed.
A case with the Consumer Protection Agency in Norway is registered, and I have paid its fees. I have requested a purchase cancellation, and if it gets approved, the buyer may receive a new item when the case is processed, or a repair covered by LV, which they priced at 4 000 kr. The case was raised purely on principle, due to that LV has deliberately deceived me.
