The Parker Fly Mojo Limited Edition Winter is a rare, high-end electric guitar that was part of the "Four Seasons" series produced by the Parker USA Custom Shop. While intended as a limited run of 25, the "Winter" model is often noted as having production issues with its intended finish, making some examples, particularly those with specific serial numbers, extremely rare or one-of-a-kind.
Key Information regarding the "No 1" Winter Mojo:
Unique Production: In 2008, Parker planned a "Winter" edition with a special aluminum color finish. Due to difficulties in matching this color, only one was successfully manufactured, which was displayed at the 2008 NAMM Show and the Frankfurt Trade Show before being sold to a collector in Norway.
Serial Number: The unique "No 1 of 1" unit bears the serial number P0712301, indicating it was produced on December 30, 2007.
Features: Like other Fly Mojo models, it features a solid mahogany body and neck, a carbon-glass fiber exoskeleton for strength and light weight (around 5 lbs), and a chrome-plated finish to represent "Winter".
Electronics: It is equipped with Seymour Duncan Jazz (neck) and JB (bridge) humbuckers, along with a 6-element Fishman piezo pickup system.
Construction: The guitar features 24 hardened stainless steel frets on a carbon-fiber fingerboard, Sperzel locking tuners, and Parker’s patented multi-finger joint neck.
The "Winter" model is part of a series that also included a Summer (Bubinga), Spring (Pearl White), and Fall (Olive Burl) Fly Mojo.
