We are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Planner for our talented team in Stavanger!

Duties and responsibilities

• Planning and execution wide scale range of contracts within M&M, or smaller to larger EPCI contracts using Safran for scheduling and reporting.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and visual planning data.
  
• Drive portfolio and campaign planning, including RS shutdowns and scenario analysis.
  
• Create project WBS aligned with execution strategy and manage change impacts.
  
• Identify and manage risks, delays, and milestones throughout project phases.
  
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across all project stages.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years’ project planning experience from the industry (brownfield/greenfield)
  
• Demonstrated experience with M&M contracts is a key factor but not a requirement
  
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in SAFRAN planning tool
  
• Knowledge of PEM is an advantage
  
• Proficient in Norwegian & English, both orally and written
