About the Role

You’ll run the daily operations at one of Trondheim’s busiest burger joints — Superhero Burger Torg.
Your job? Keep the place running like a well-oiled grill. That means great food, great people, great vibes — all day, every day.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage all shifts, ensure prep, service, and closing run smoothly.

• Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and coach your team to deliver top-tier service and quality.

• Customer Focus: Keep guests happy — handle complaints quickly, and make sure every visit ends with a smile.

• Sales & Profitability: Hit targets by driving upselling, managing waste, and controlling costs.

• Quality Control: Make sure every burger, fry, meets Superhero standards.

• Staff Planning: Build shift lists, track attendance, and ensure optimal staffing levels.

• Health & Safety: Maintain hygiene and food-safety routines that pass inspection every time.

• Reporting: Communicate with management on performance, challenges, and ideas for improvement.

You Are

• A natural leader who keeps calm under pressure.

• Experienced in hospitality or restaurant management (bonus if from a fast-casual setup).

• Hands-on — not afraid to jump on the grill or help out front.

• Reliable, organized, and goal-driven.

• Fluent in Norwegian.
