For those who want to commute by e-bike instead of car or public transport, Jason Urban can be an excellent choice. If you have never tried an e-bike before, this can also be a great option as the e-bike is very easy to use, versatile and agile on city streets. It is also a very affordable option.
The Jason Urban is perfect for urban commuting. It features an integrated Samsung battery, hydraulic disc brakes, Shimano gears and a centrally mounted motor that delivers 60Nm. This, together with a variety of included practical equipment, makes it both versatile and easy to use, and it rolls reliably on both asphalt and gravel.
Optimal range for Jason Urban is 130 kilometers on a single charge.

Hydraulic brakes provide high braking efficiency
Hydraulic brakes provide smooth and powerful braking regardless of weather conditions or load. Compared to other mechanical braking systems, you also get a shorter braking distance, which increases safety and confidence when cycling. They are also low maintenance, do not wear out as quickly, and do not need constant adjustment, like some other braking systems.
We equip our bikes with hydraulic disc brakes for the reasons mentioned, as well as because it gives you as a cyclist better control over braking.
Mid-mounted motor provides the best cycling experience
The mid-mounted motor ensures that it operates smoothly and at optimal speed throughout the ride, providing a more authentic cycling experience and better balance than a motor placed at the front or rear of the bike.
Assistance and walking mode
The assistance system has 5 levels that determine how much the motor helps you when you cycle. The higher the level you choose, the more motor assistance you get (and the more electricity you use). The lowest level provides minimal assistance, while the highest level provides maximum assistance. If you choose level 0, you get no motor assistance at all – then you cycle without any electrical support.
There is also a separate walking mode (6 km/h assistance) that can be activated by holding down the minus button. This provides low motor power to help you roll the bike, regardless of the selected assistance level. Release the button to exit walking mode.
