Tastevin eller sommeliers prøvebeger. Disse ble ofte laget i nysølv i en form som passet inn i hånden, og ble brukt til vinsmaking. Utformingen og materialet gjorde at lyset ble bedre reflektert i dunkle vinkjellere. Jeg finner ikke noe stempel på denne, og den er merket «Bourgognes Patriarch.
