Join our dynamic team in Tromsø, northern Norway, and help us create unforgettable Arctic adventures for guests from around the world!

We are now hiring passionate and reliable individuals for the following positions:

1. Minibus Drivers
• Safely transport guests to various tour locations, including our Northern Lights chases and day tours.

• Provide friendly assistance and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.

Requirements:
– D1 minibus license
– Code 95 on certificate
– Norwegian driver’s permit (Kjøreseddel)

2. Northern Lights Guides
• Lead our guests on magical aurora chases through the Arctic landscapes.

• Share stories, take professional photos, and ensure safety and comfort during long nights on the road.

• Must have a passion for nature, good communication skills, and preferably previous guiding or outdoor experience.

3. Booking Agents (Office-based in Tromsø)
• Handle customer inquiries and bookings by email and phone.
• Provide excellent service and detailed information about our tours.
• Fluent English required (other languages a plus). Experience in tourism, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
