Shape the Future of Industrial Data as Sensa’s Product Manager for Unity

We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s eager to take full ownership of our core product, Unity, and drive it from concept to launch – and beyond. This is your chance to join an ambitious team on a mission to reshape how companies handle industrial data at scale.

Unity is at the heart of everything we do. As our Product Manager, you’ll be the glue between our customers, our developers, and our vision. You’ll take ideas from whiteboard sketches to live, production-ready features – and see your work make a real difference for our customers. 

You’ll be hands-on, learning directly from customer implementations, and helping turn those insights into innovative, practical solutions. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Own the product vision – set the direction and inspire the team. 

• Prioritize with impact – make sure we focus on what really moves the needle. 

• Collaborate deeply – work side-by-side with designers, developers, and real users. 

• Learn from the field – get close to customers and see how Unity works in real-world use cases. 

• Turn data into decisions – use insights to drive smarter, better product improvements. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role). 

• Hands-on experience with industrial data (bonus if you’ve worked in aquaculture, shipping, or other data-heavy industries). 

• A solid grasp of agile workflows and product development processes. 

• A balance of business thinking, technical understanding, and customer empathy.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus). 

• A curious, data-driven mindset – you don’t just build features, you solve problems.
