We are now looking for 3D Administrator to join our team in Stavanger.

Duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, motivated 3D Administrator to strengthen our 3D Administration team. You will join a team that balances close collaboration with individual responsibility, working together to support and continuously improve our 3D systems.

This is a role with real impact: there are opportunities for improvement, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, identifies what is needed, and turns ideas into action. Your expertise will help shape methods, standards, and automation strategies that enhance efficiency and quality across projects.

• Work as a key member of the 3D administration team, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
  
• Set up, administer, and maintain 3D models throughout their lifecycle, from initial configuration to final handover, covering database structure, user access, permissions, and compliance with standards.
  
• Configure and operate Global (Hub–Satellite) environments, resolving synchronization issues and maintaining performance.
  
• Monitor and evaluate new software releases, plan and execute upgrades as necessary.
  
• Develop and maintain in-house applications and utilities using PML and C# to enhance efficiency and improve workflows.
  
• Configure different modules of E3D (e.g., option files, Draw, Supports) to meet project-specific requirements and standards.
  
• Administer and maintain Catalogue & Specification databases in line with project requirements.
  
• Develop and enforce best practices, procedures, and guidelines for effective use of E3D.
  
• Provide user support via phone, email, Teams, and the company ticket system.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and IT to meet requirements, address technical needs, and resolve challenges.
  

Strong expertise in all responsibilities is not mandatory; we value candidates who combine specialization in some areas with familiarity in others.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience administering AVEVA E3D/PDMS in EPC/EPCI projects.
  
• Proven ability to set up and govern complex projects.
  
• Thorough knowledge of several E3D modules (Admin, Global, Paragon/Specon/Lexicon, Draft/Draw, Isodraft) and customization techniques.
  
• Experience with programming (PML) and automation; familiarity with .NET/C# is an advantage.
