Macro Offshore Crew DK ApS is looking for a Stability Section Leader (SSL).
We are seeking a candidate with more than 3 years of experience from a similar offshore position on jack-ups. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, engaged, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements within area of responsibility.

• Supervise all marine operations, including navigation, anchor handling, stability, loading/unloading, and related maintenance.

• Lead and coordinate the marine crew in safe and efficient execution of work tasks.

• Assist the OIM with operational and management duties.

• Conduct risk assessments, crew training, and emergency drills.

• Evaluate marine crew performance and ensure required competence levels.

• Manage PPE inventory and material logistics.

• Oversee on-the-job training (OJT) for catering personnel as applicable.

• Promote and adhere to MOM’s HSEQ policy and Macro Offshore’s core values.

• Participate actively in the vessel’s emergency organization as per Station Bill.

Qualifications and Competence

The candidate must hold the following valid certificates and competencies:

• Maritime education.

• Certificate of Competency as Master Mariner (Unlimited), STCW II/2.

• GMDSS/GOC certification.

• Proven competence and experience in rig move and jacking operations.

• Valid offshore/seafarer medical certificate.

• All flag state endorsements (Marshall Islands).

Macro Offshore is a fully integrated owner and operator of accommodation vessels with a fleet of two harsh-environment deep-water accommodation jack-up rigs, Haven and Crossway Eagle.

Our main office is situated in Forus where we manage our vessels located on Norwegian and international sector. The vacant position is an offshore position in international waters.
