Join Us as Leader for our new Scandic HR Service Team
Are you passionate about building strong teams, driving continuous improvement and automation, and delivering exceptional HR support across borders? We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative Leader to guide our newly formed HR Service Team.
About the Role
Our team of 14 talented HR colleagues from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, and Germany has just come together to form a new HR service function. We provide first-class HR support and bring specialist expertise in systems like Quinyx and Workday. As a leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work, develop in the team, and support the wider organization.
This role is part of our HR & Payroll Service organization, reporting to the Head of HR & Payroll Service. You will work closely with your sibling team Payroll Service, and with the rest of the Scandic HR organization, identifying synergies and ensuring seamless service delivery across HR and payroll.

- Deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality HR services

- Identify synergies in skills and ways of working to build a high-performing, learning-oriented team.
- Drive service excellence through the implementation of a new case management system.
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline HR support processes.
- Inspire a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in HR operations or shared services in a Nordic context.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Quinyx) and process improvement.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for service development.
- Fluency in English.
