The RoleWe’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who is hands-on, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a service-focused leadership role — you’ll be on the floor leading by example. You’ll set the tone for great hospitality through your presence, attention to detail, and ability to guide the team in real time.
You’ll be responsible for leading our front-of-house team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining efficient daily operations. You’ll work closely with the management team to keep a close eye on labor costs, optimize performance, and keep the restaurant running smoothly — always with a positive energy that motivates the staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the service team to deliver top-quality hospitality
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Maintain control of labor costs and contribute to efficient scheduling
Handle problem-solving and decision-making on the floor
Foster a positive work culture and support staff development
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to uphold quality and consistency
Drive beverage sales and maintain high service standards
Experienced leader in the restaurant or hospitality industry
A strong communicator who thrives in busy, dynamic environments
Solution-oriented and proactive when challenges arise
Motivating, structured, and genuinely passionate about great service
Knowledgeable about beverages — beer, wine, or sake experience is a plus
Hardworking, reliable, and comfortable being present on the floor
Any leadership or beverage certifications are a bonus
