The Cost Controller will support the project and finance team with cost monitoring, budgeting, and reporting. The role contributes to ensuring effective cost control, accurate financial insight, and informed decision-making support.

Areas of Responsibility
• Daily cost tracking of projects
• Responsible for accurate internal time registration and time-based project control
• Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing project invoices
• Ensure timely invoicing in accordance with contracts
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of project and operational budgets
• Contribute to forecasting and monitoring of expected cost development
• Perform monthly reporting and variance analyses
• Collaborate with project managers and finance to ensure correct cost allocation
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal cost control procedures

Qualifications
• Relevant education in economics, accounting, or finance (bachelor’s level or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or project support
• Strong understanding of financial processes and cost management
• Good Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
• Must be comfortable communicating in English, both written and verbal
