We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Engineer to support the deployment of IMDEX technologies across Europe and Central Asia, with a primary focus on Scandinavia and Iberia. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development to drive adoption and value delivery at mine sites.

Workplace location is primarily at our office in Trondheim, Norway, but combination with home office in other locations can be considered

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the introduction and support of IMDEX solutions in underground production environments

• Identify and engage with target customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region

• Plan and execute on-site trials, provide hands-on technical support and training

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through value-driven delivery

• Develop case studies and proposals that demonstrate performance and ROI

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs, feedback, and priorities

• Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism during all field and underground work

Required Profile:

• Degree in related field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in underground mining (production, drilling, and blasting operations). Other relevant experience can also be considered.

• Strong working knowledge of underground mining processes and associated technologies, including borehole surveying and downhole instrumentation

• Established network in the underground mining sector (contractors, mine operators, consultants, OEMs) will be a plua, not a requirement

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting to technical and commercial audiences

• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

• Comfortable with frequent travel and capable of working underground
