Join Our Team as Head of Sales at Techem Norway AS
Techem Norway, a leading provider of technical and service solutions for the real estate sector, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our Norwegian sales organization and enhance our market presence.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As our new Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth in Norway while leading and developing a smaller team of dedicated employees. You will set the direction for sales activities, ensure strong customer relationships, and create a motivating environment for your team. The role reports directly to the CEO of Techem Norway and offers a unique opportunity to shape Techem’s continued success in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Head of Sales, you will:
Lead and develop the Norwegian sales team – 7 people
Define and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Norwegian market
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
Motivate, coach, and support your team to reach their targets and personal development goals
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe
Report on market developments, sales performance, and commercial opportunities
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Proven leadership experience, ideally with smaller teams
Strong commercial & technical mindset with documented B2B sales and business development experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
Result-oriented, motivated, and with a strong sense of ownership
Full professional proficiency in English and Norwegian language
