Join Our Growing PP&A Team for Long-Term Opportunities

As the demand for PP&A projects continues to grow, Well Expertise is expanding its team. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our staff of P&A Engineers, Completion/Intervention Engineers, Subsea Engineers, and P&A Operations Geologists. These are long-term roles—some projects may span 6–7 years—based in Stavanger, Norway, either at our Randaberg office or at client locations.

Successful candidates will be employed by Well Expertise (a subsidiary of Elemental Energies) and seconded into the Archer Elemental Joint Venture for PP&A projects.

Open Positions

• P&A Manager – 15+ years of industry experience

• Lead P&A Engineer – 10+ years

• Senior P&A Engineer – 8+ years

• Senior HPHT P&A Engineer – 10+ years

• Senior Completion/Intervention Engineer – 10+ years

• Senior Subsea Engineer – 10+ years

• Operations Geologist – 10+ years, with P&A experience

Qualifications (All Roles)

• MSc (or minimum BSc) in a relevant engineering discipline or geology

• Offshore experience (required for most roles; preferred for senior/lead engineers)

• Strong knowledge of NORSOK D-010 and Norwegian regulatory frameworks

• Solid understanding of well barriers and risk-based planning

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Norwegian is a plus

• Must hold a valid work and residence permit in Norway
