The DiGiGrid IOS is an all-in-one audio interface and SoundGrid DSP server for professional and personal production, featuring 8 mic/line inputs, 8 line outputs, built-in DSP processing for low-latency plugin monitoring, and a four-port network switch for connecting other SoundGrid devices. It acts as a central hub for native DAWs like Pro Tools and Logic, enabling real-time mixing with hundreds of Waves and third-party plugins via an Ethernet connection, and can be expanded with more DiGiGrid components.
Key Features
Built-in DSP Server: The SoundGrid server offloads plugin processing from your computer, allowing you to use many plugins simultaneously with ultra-low latency of around 0.8 milliseconds.
High-Quality Preamps: The device includes software-controlled, award-winning preamps derived from DiGiCo consoles.
Comprehensive I/O: Features 8 mic/line inputs, 8 line outputs, 2 headphone outputs, and digital I/O including AES/EBU and S/PDIF.
Networking & Expansion: A built-in four-port network switch allows easy expansion by connecting more DiGiGrid I/O or server components with a single Cat 5e/Cat 6 Ethernet cable.
Software Integration: Comes with the complete SoundGrid Studio System software, including the SoundGrid Studio Application and StudioRack, for managing the network and creating monitor mixes.
Native DAW Compatibility: Works seamlessly with major native DAWs on Mac and PC, such as Logic, Pro Tools, and Cubase.
How it Works
