Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and coordinating maintenance tasks for offshore projects
• Making sure technical installations go as planned
• Helping wrap things up when projects are finished (demobilization)
• Supporting field technicians with practical advice and troubleshooting
• Keeping safety and project standards top of mind
• Working closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly

Requirements and Qualifications

• A few years of experience in project engineering or technical installations
• Solid understanding of offshore work and maintenance planning
• Comfortable supporting field teams and solving problems on the go
• Familiar with how installations and demobilizations are done offshore
• Good at organizing, planning, and keeping track of details
• Clear communicator and natural team leader
• Engineering degree or similar hands-on experience
• Knows the ropes when it comes to offshore safety
