About the Role:

You will work as part of our multidisciplinary technical team to ensure reliable and efficient products that meet the highest industry standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to testing, certification, and delivery. You’ll be involved in both development and support of embedded systems used in demanding maritime environments, where precision and robustness are critical factors.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Design and implement products for maritime vessels

• Develop and program software/firmware on microcontrollers

• Troubleshoot and optimize software/firmware

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with C and microcontrollers like the STM32-series

• Background in automation, control systems, or maritime technology is a plus

• Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, Profinet) is beneficial

• Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams

• Problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills paired with the ability to work independently when needed

• Curious mindset and a will to learn new things

• Both experienced and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
