Product Expert - SDK & OEM

NAVTOR is a global leader in innovative e-navigation and maritime technology solutions. We are looking for a Product Expert SDK OEM to join our team and take a central role in ensuring the technical compliance, evolution, and success of our SDK and OEM products.

This is a unique opportunity for a technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of software development kits, OEM integrations, and industry compliance standards to make a real impact — not only on our products, but also on our customers’ success worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Ensure technical compliance of SDK and OEM products with international standards (IHO, IMO, IEC, and others).

• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding product owners, development teams, and quality assurance through compliance and technical requirements.

• Shape product strategy by contributing insights to product roadmaps and backlog planning.

• Support customers directly, managing complex issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels through expert-level guidance and support systems.

• Lead training and onboarding, designing and delivering educational sessions for new customers, partners, and internal teams.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Directors internally, while also building strong relationships with customers, partners, and international authorities on standards.

We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for helping both products and people succeed. Ideally, you have:

• Experience in product or technical roles within software and/or maritime technology.

• Solid knowledge of SDKs, OEM integration, and compliance frameworks.

• Strong ability to provide technical guidance to product managers and development teams.

• Proven skills in training and knowledge sharing, both internally and with customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
