It is 1. January 2027. You wake up around noon, a well deserved sleep-in after last night’s amazing event. All tables were sold out and you were running all night - your feet hurt, your back is stiff – but you’re happy. You open your phone and check last night’s revenue figures, and then for the year. You could stare at those numbers all day. Epic reached the revenue targets for the year.  You also improved massively on the year before. You worked your socks off, and made it happen. Seeing the results in black and white makes it so worth it. You’ll spend the day as you see fit, some well-deserved “me time”. Another day off then it’s back to work – because this year’s records aren’t going to achieve themselves.

As the manager of Epic Bar & Restaurant you’re spearheading a unique nightlife concept in Tromsø – and Norway. With a restaurant, two bars, minigolf, karaoke, conference room, shuffleboard and darts spread across three floors, you oversee an operation with a total capacity of 250 guests. You’ll manage a team of 30 highly motivated individuals including a head chef, a bar supervisor and a restaurant supervisor, and collaborate with the booking & event manager to create truly Epic experiences. It’s a big operation, running 7 days a week for lunch, dinner, games, events and home delivery. It’s a unique operation which requires a unique individual.

Epic launched in September 2024 and quickly established itself as a favorite with its combination of food, drinks and activities, and has received acclaim for its interior design. It’s become a go-to destination for corporate events and groups looking for something out of the ordinary, delivered with quality. Our first year of operation has been a success, now we are ready to kick on and deliver to even higher levels as we enter our second year of running. By our third year, we expect to be at the absolute pinnacle of bar & restaurants in Tromsø.
