We're looking for a Head of Quality who will lead our transition from technology development to commercial scaling. You'll take ownership of quality systems that enable international growth and innovation.

About us

We've spent 15 years developing patented acoustic detection technology that fundamentally changes how railway safety works. Recent ISO audits achieved zero deviations across all four standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001), and we're CENELEC SIL2 certified with active deployments across Australia, England, Ireland, and Greece.

With over 100,000 level crossings globally needing upgrades, we're positioned for significant international expansion as part of Nordic Technology Group (Euronext Growth Oslo).

Your impact

In this role, you'll take responsibility for quality leadership while contributing to navigate regulatory requirements across markets. With your guidance, we'll bridge gaps between technology and market, drive improvements that fuel growth, and position quality as the competitive advantage that accelerates our commercial success.

As our Head of Quality, you will:

• Drive our CENELEC compliance forward as we scale internationally
• Maintain ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) and conduct comprehensive audits
• Ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Support B2B marketing and volume sales across international markets
• Ensure quality standards through supplier, partner, and regulatory collaboration
• Navigate regulatory requirements and lead customer/authority presentations

You bring:

• 5-8 years in industrial/technical environments
• Experience with safety-critical industries (railway preferred, but not essential)
• ISO management and quality standards expertise
• Experience scaling quality processes in growth companies
• Technical competence in verification and validation processes
• Mindset for taking responsibility beyond formal job descriptions in a growing company
• Fluency in Norwegian and English

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Background in supporting commercial teams and customer interactions
• Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
• International approval process experience
