Mechanical Engineer BSc / MSc

We are looking for an innovative and committed Mechanical Engineer with strong implementation capability who enjoy working in an international environment.

What will you be doing?

• General Mechanical design in projects
• Equipment & Layout/Piping design
• Commissioning & Start-up - Solution-oriented - Site experience
• Co-operation with, licensing customers, external R&D centres, suppliers and production units in projects
• Project management and/or project team participation

We think you should have:

• BSc or MSc Mechanical Engineer, with interest in Process Technology
• Preferably with some years’ experience from chemical / oil & gas technology - or process industry
• Ability to work structured and in team and preferably project management experience
• CAD design and some AutoCAD application knowhow
• Excellent skills in Norwegian and English
• The ability to be a trusted technical advisor and partner for customers and colleagues. Willing to share knowledge, experience and support each other to achieve team goals
• Willingness to travel
• Reside within the European Union (EU), Schengen Area, or the United Kingdom (UK)

Technology Centre is a competence centre in Dynea AS for Licensing & Projects and Process Technology:

• Licensing of the Dynea Formaldehyde Silver Catalyst Process, fasil®
• Sales of process technology
• Project Management
• Process & Mechanical Design in projects
• Plant Operations

The position involves extensive contact and co-operation with operational and R&D personnel, both with internal and external license customers. Travel and flexibility to stay abroad for periods will be required. The position involves working in a strong technical environment with a variety of tasks.

Ordinary criminal record certificate is required.
