Our Quality Department is now looking for an Operation Integrity Lead.

We participate in subsea projects from start to finish. Our foremost product is a self-developed and self-produced "Christmas tree" used in subsea projects worldwide. A "Christmas tree" is a collection of valves that have full control over what is extracted from the well, e.g., oil/gas, but also the injection of carbon into the seabed.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Support the local implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Product/Service Delivery (PSD) Key Operating Procedures (KOP) to uphold operational integrity.

• Assist the PSD team in delivering safe, efficient, reliable, and consistent products and services to customers.

• Coach Facility Teams to ensure effective and timely implementation, assessment, and reinforcement of technical standards and procedures.

• Ensure clear functional interfaces, thorough incident investigations, and a continuous improvement cycle driven by lessons learned.

• Promote quality performance across operational and support functions to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency in product and service delivery.

• Ensure conformance and compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols across all relevant functions.

• Monitor and reinforce process standardization, supporting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Contribute to overall business performance by ensuring all activities enhance safety, operational reliability, and consistency.

What We Think You Should Have:

• A diploma in Engineering or a related field, or at least 1 year of experience in a Quality discipline

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Preferably a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and investigation techniques
