What you'll do

• Take the lead on validation and qualification of equipment, cleanrooms, and processes for exciting customer projects.

• Work closely with colleagues from QC, Production, Engineering, and more - we believe the best results come from teamwork!

• Prepare and update validation plans, protocols, and reports, and help us stay ahead of regulatory requirements.

• Support audits and inspections, and play a key role in improvement projects across the company.

Who you are

• You have a Master's degree (or similar) in engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or a related field.

• You bring experience with validation in a regulated industry (pharma, medical devices, or similar).

• You know your way around GMP and relevant standards (EU/FDA cGMP, ISO13485, etc.).

• You're analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
