Join our team as a Base Mechanic

We are looking for a Base Mechanic to join our facility in Indre Arna. The focus of this role will be on assembly, testing, and maintenance of TCO equipment – technology used worldwide.

As a Base Mechanic, you will be part of an engaged production team where quality, precision are at the core.

 Main tasks

Tasks will normally consist of, but not be limited to:

• Assembly of TCO equipment

• Testing and preparation of TCO equipment

• Product stocks and stockholding

• Cleanliness and tidiness in workshop premises

• Documentation

• Undertake Quality and HSE activities

 Requirements for competences

• Engineer or mechanic with minimum 3 years relevant experience. Experience with fine mechanics and tuning of such. Relevant experience and competence can compensate for a lack of formal qualifications

• Experience with offshore-related business or other industry with strict requirements for quality

• Good computer skills.

• Systematic and self-starter

• Initiative, the ability to see things through and to work with others

• Good verbal and written formulation in Norwegian and English
