About the role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to assist in the development of an Agentic AI system for Webex. This project aims to explore how next-generation agentic systems can be applied at scale in enterprise ecosystems, enabling new levels of automation, intelligence, and collaboration across our clients collaboration platform. You will be part of a dedicated team working out of office at Lysaker.

Work tasks

• Collaborate with the Webex team to design and implement an Agentic AI system

• Apply best practices for authentication, scalability, robustness, and enterprise integration

• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth alignment with existing products

• Contribute to innovation by exploring how AI agents can enhance collaboration experiences

We are looking for

• A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience with Agentic AI systems and related frameworks

• Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application in real-world environments

• Experience deploying AI solutions in large-scale enterprise settings

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

It is preferred that you have

• Background in conversational AI, automation platforms, or orchestration frameworks

• Experience with cloud-based AI services and enterprise-grade integrations
